Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort & Spa - Dana Point

Outstanding food, exceptional service and excellent view of the ocean. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a mini fridge, a coffeemaker, and a balcony.

What a marvellous and amazing location down the cliff stairs or on the sidewalk! Also - really close to restaurants and great people watching, the harbor with lots of restaurants, and San Clemente. Astonishing and marvellous breakfast option with cappuccino and the food was very good, for example...

Beds were old.

Rooom was nicely appointed, comfortable and quiet. The facilities were excellent and the location is great.

Laguna Cliffs has always been a favorite of mine, I've stayed there several times and have always had a wonderful visit. We were attending a wedding in Dana Pt and had to check in early and it wasn't a problem. That's excellent service!

It's pricier than I would like; this is a terrible economy,but it isn't reflected in these room rates

I like the view and the arquitecture of the building, view of coastal beach amazing, luvly decision, food excellent, staff super incredible, amazing time yust quality time never forget to chekin at laguna cluffs marriot resort.! :-)

I checked in with my 10-year-old son who had a soccer tournament nearby. I was a little concerned they might not be child friendly but I was wrong . The could not have been more gracious and friendly and welcoming from the Valets to the front desk staff to the servers by the pool. When I asked for a late check out on Sunday because we had a 7 am game they moved it to 1pm. After the game my son brought three of his teammates and two adults from the team bac to the hotel pool and we were made to feel welcome. Allison our server at the pool took multiple lunch orders and drink orders with a smile and great sense of humor. I was so impressed and I can't wait to book a four day getaway weekend. What a wonderful experience.

To be honest and I travel slot as a television producer I was pleased all the way around my only regret is not reguesting a ocean view it is gorgeous.

The location was beautiful and amazing, very close to a hilltop park. Further, it was really close to both the beach and the harbor, the local restaurants, and the Laguna Beach/Dana Point.

Separate pool for the kids was great.. And water features for kids, I sometimes feel that the kids overwhelm the pool with a lot of noise and splashing so It was nice to give them ther own space so the adults can enjoy the pool as well

There was a needle and thread on the carpeting of my room and I stepped on it. Thank goodness I didn't puncture the sole of my feet because I was barefoot.. I reported the situation to the front desk and Lu the lady in charge was apologetic. The previous guest in my room must of dropped it.. Housekeeping should have vacuumed the room more carefully!

Everything was excellent, wonderful location very close to the state beach or the harbor with lots of restaurants and bars, the park and harbor, and the local restaurants, extremely friendly staff. The room we had was comfortable quiet and updated, came with a balcony and an incredible view, for instance. There were coffee/tea making equipment, a refrigerator and glassware in the room too.

Beautiful views from the room. Staff were friendly, especially at the front desk. Valet parking is pricey at $60 per night. The hotel's in-house dining options feel limited. Enjoyed the live music nights, though.

The pool had bar service, a highlight for us. The beautiful resort view was fine.

A great match for a holiday in Dana Point with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was friendly and proactive, especially Madison at the front desk who switched our rooms with a smile. Try to enjoy the kid-friendly pool areas for some relaxation.
